I found myself doing just about everything listed above. The things that I can’t do is vacation… I need to work so that I can pay the bills! But I guess things will pick up once it gets warmer. I have great incintives and prices.

I think the most helpful tip of this bunch is “Take the Time to Learn Something.”. When business is slow I recon that is the best thing to do for example if you learned something like SEO or how to use PPC programs like adwords & co then you can end up creating more work in the long run as well as having some new skills to put down in your CV if you ever need to find a new 9-5 job!
